What Students Should Do During the Show
The following activities can be used during the show, as they do not require the students to disengage from the performance.

Instructions:
During the show students are required to think about the social status/hierarchies are operating, and what role we are playing as attendees of the show (ie. are we peasants, middle class common folk?,etc.

- describe the hierarchical structure of medieval society and the types of people in it, and explain how and why different groups cooperated or came into conflict at different times
- describe characteristics of castles and aspects of castle life
- outline important ways in which medieval society changed over time and give reasons for the changes
